Renée Toone, CPA, CA, is a Manager at Optimize LLP with experience serving private enterprises, not-for-profit organizations, individuals, trusts, and estates. She earned her Chartered Accountant designation in 2015 after successfully writing the Uniform Final Examination in 2014.

Throughout her career, Renée has worked in both mid-sized and smaller accounting firms, building extensive experience in assurance and tax while developing lasting relationships with her clients. She enjoys helping clients navigate complex financial matters with practical advice and personalized service.

Outside of work, Renée enjoys bird watching, knitting, reading, baking, and spending time with her family. She often jokes that she has "the hobbies of an 80-year-old in a 30-something-year-old body."
