His career has included senior leadership roles with both national and international firms, including serving as a Director at a Big Four accounting firm.
James has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including professional services, construction, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and technology. His expertise includes tax planning, corporate reorganizations, business structuring, financial reporting, and strategic finance. He is particularly experienced in helping owner-managed businesses navigate situations where tax, accounting, and business considerations intersect.
James founded Optimize LLP to provide growing businesses with direct access to experienced, senior-level advice without the cost and complexity of a traditional large-firm model. His goal is to combine the technical depth of a national firm with the responsiveness, accessibility, and personal attention of a trusted local advisor.
